How do I determine the best size for my dress?
We recommend checking our specific size chart located on each product page. Since evening wear sizing can vary from everyday clothing, please take your bust, waist, and hip measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return policy for formal wear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited and overnight shipping options at checkout if you need your dress for an upcoming event.
Do you offer alterations or custom sizing?
Currently, we offer a wide range of standard sizes from 0 to 30. While we do not provide in-house alterations, our dresses are designed with standard seam allowances to be easily adjusted by a professional tailor.
Can I track my package once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
